01UK & European fulfilment

Merchandise programmes stocked, picked and delivered across the UK and Europe.

The interesting part of a merchandise programme is rarely the product. It’s getting the right things to the right people, in the right places, without it becoming somebody’s second job.

We hold your stock, pick and pack against it, and dispatch to offices, events, employees and customers — UK-wide, into Europe and further afield.

02What's included

The operational spine of a programme.

  1. 01

    Stockholding and warehousing

Merchandise is produced ahead of demand and stored against your programme, so you're calling off from stock rather than restarting production every time.

    • Stock held against your programme
    • Visibility of what's held and moving
    • Replenishment planned, not reactive
  2. 02

    Pick and pack

Orders are picked and packed to an agreed standard — including multi-item kits assembled and packed as sets rather than loose components.

    • Kit assembly and set packing
    • Consistent presentation
    • Packaging considered alongside the product
  3. 03

    Individual and bulk dispatch

A single item to one recipient or a pallet to a venue — both handled inside the same programme.

    • One-to-one deliveries
    • Bulk consignments
    • Split dispatch across several destinations
  4. 04

    Offices, events, employees and customers

Destinations vary and usually overlap. We work to your distribution list rather than expecting everything to go to one address.

    • Office and site deliveries
    • Event and venue deliveries
    • Home addresses for distributed teams
  5. 05

    Ongoing merchandise programmes

Where merchandise is continuous rather than a one-off, the programme is set up to run — with repeat call-offs and a predictable rhythm.

    • Repeat call-offs from held stock
    • Regular reporting on movement
    • Range refreshed as needs change
  6. 06

    UK and European distribution

Distribution across the UK and into Europe, with international destinations scoped case by case so expectations are set before anything is committed.

    • UK-wide distribution
    • European destinations
    • Wider international by arrangement
03Who it suits

Programmes we’re asked to run.

Distributed teams

Merchandise reaching people wherever they are, without the co-ordination landing on your desk.

Multi-site businesses

Offices and sites that each need their own quantities, delivered on their own schedule.

Event and campaign stock

Kit held ready and dispatched to venues as events come round, rather than produced from scratch each time.

Customer and partner sends

Gifting and merchandise going out to customers or partners as part of an ongoing programme.

Scope & scale

Fulfilment is scoped and priced per programme. Volumes, destinations, packaging and stock levels all change what’s sensible, and European and international deliveries carry requirements that need to be confirmed for each route before anything is promised. We’ll set out clearly what applies to your programme rather than making blanket claims.

04Common questions

Questions we’re asked about fulfilment.

Can you manage merchandise across both the UK and Europe?
Yes. We run merchandise programmes with UK and European distribution, alongside deliveries further afield. Each destination is scoped as part of the programme so you know what's involved before anything is committed.
Can you hold merchandise stock and fulfil individual orders?
Yes. Stock is held against your programme and orders are picked, packed and dispatched — from a single item to one recipient through to bulk consignments.
Can merchandise be sent directly to individual employees or customers?
It can. Deliveries can go to individual home addresses, to offices, or to event venues — often within the same programme.
Can you dispatch to multiple locations at once?
Yes. A single call-off can be split across several destinations — different offices, several event venues, or a list of individual recipients.
Do you handle the products, storage and delivery as one service?
Yes. Sourcing and production, storage, picking, packing and dispatch are managed together, so you're briefing one partner rather than co-ordinating several.
How do repeat orders work once stock is held?
Once a range is produced and stored, you call off against it as needed. We track what's held and flag replenishment before a line runs down.
