01Branded eStores

A branded eStore your team can order from — with the stock, picking and delivery handled behind it.

A branded eStore gives your merchandise a single home: an approved range, a controlled ordering experience, and stock held ready to dispatch. Instead of ad-hoc requests landing in someone’s inbox, people order what they need and it arrives.

We set the store up around your brand and your rules, then run the operational side — warehousing, pick, pack and dispatch across the UK and Europe.

02What's included

What the eStore actually covers.

  1. 01

    Private, internal ordering

A closed store for your people, with access controlled and only approved merchandise available to order.

    • Access limited to your team
    • Ordering rules and approvals to suit your business
    • Delivery to offices or individual addresses
  2. 02

    Customer-facing stores where appropriate

Where it makes sense, the same infrastructure runs a customer, partner or community-facing store — public or gated.

    • Public or access-controlled
    • Separate ranges per audience
    • Ordering experience tuned to the audience
  3. 03

    Approved merchandise ranges

A curated range signed off in advance, so everything ordered is on-brand, appropriate and consistent — no surprises in the wild.

    • Products chosen and approved with you
    • Consistent branding and finish
    • Ranges refreshed as the programme develops
  4. 04

    Stock visibility and order management

You can see what's held and what's moving, and orders are tracked from placement through to dispatch.

    • Live view of held stock
    • Order history and status
    • Replenishment planned before a range runs out
  5. 05

    Warehousing and held stock

Merchandise is produced ahead of demand and stored against your programme, so orders ship from stock rather than starting a new production run each time.

    • Stock held against your programme
    • Repeat call-offs from held stock
    • Production planned around demand
  6. 06

    Pick, pack and dispatch

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched to single or multiple destinations — individual recipients, offices, or event locations.

    • Single-item and bulk dispatch
    • Multiple delivery destinations
    • UK and European fulfilment
03Who it suits

Where an eStore earns its place.

Distributed and remote teams

When your people aren't in one building, an eStore removes the co-ordination burden — they order, we deliver to them.

Teams ordering the same things repeatedly

If the same kit is requested month after month, holding stock and ordering from a store is faster and more consistent than starting again each time.

Brands that need control

An approved range keeps the brand consistent when many people across the business can request merchandise.

Ongoing programmes, not one-offs

eStores work best where merchandise is a continuing part of how you operate rather than a single campaign.

Scope & scale

Every eStore is scoped individually — the range, the audience, the ordering rules and the fulfilment pattern all shape what’s sensible. We’ll be direct about what’s straightforward and what needs more careful planning, particularly around stockholding levels, lead times and international destinations.

04Common questions

Questions we’re asked about eStores.

Can you create a branded merchandise eStore for our employees?
Yes. We build private, internal eStores holding an approved range of branded merchandise that your people can order from directly — with access limited to your team and the ordering rules set to match how your business works.
Can the store be open to customers or partners as well as staff?
It can. Some stores are entirely internal, some are customer or partner-facing, and some run as both with separate access. We agree the audience first, then set up the range, permissions and ordering experience around it.
Can you hold merchandise stock and fulfil individual orders?
Yes. Stock is held in the warehouse against your programme, and orders placed through the store are picked, packed and dispatched — whether that's a single item to one person or a bulk drop to an office.
Will we be able to see what stock is left?
Yes. Stock visibility is part of the service, so you can see what's held, what's moving and what needs replenishing before a range runs dry rather than after.
Can merchandise be sent directly to individual employees?
It can. Orders can go to individual home addresses, to offices, or to a mix of both — which is usually the point for distributed and remote teams.
Do you handle the products, storage and delivery as one service?
Yes. Sourcing and production, storage, the store itself, pick and pack, and dispatch are managed together as a single programme rather than split across separate suppliers.
